Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Note: Used beauty products, opened packaging, or hygiene-related items are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used beauty/makeup/skincare items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or pre-ordered products

  • Items damaged by customer mishandling


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at abrosebeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order Number, item(s) to return, and the reason for return.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and address.

Note: Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including return shipping).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank/mobile wallet account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider (bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at abrosebeauty@gmail.com.
